The first-batch pre-order is $1,799 paid in full today. Your pack is built in the first production run, which starts shipping early 2027, and $1,799 is the lowest price this battery will be sold for. The standard pre-order is a $100 deposit that reserves you a pack from a later run; we invoice the balance at the standard price when yours is ready, and that price will be higher than $1,799.

Yes. The LB 60/60 is built to stock Light Bee dimensions and uses the stock mounting points, so it drops straight into the frame with no cutting, no brackets and no bodywork changes. It fits Light Bee X and Light Bee S frames.

No. The LB 60/60 works with your stock Sur-Ron charger. A higher-amperage charger will fill it faster, but your existing one will work — it will simply take longer, because you are filling nearly twice the capacity.

The carbon fiber case is finished with a machined aluminum cap in raw aluminum, red or purple. You pick the color when you pre-order, at no extra cost.

40 to 55 miles depending on terrain, rider weight, tire pressure and how hard you ride. Aggressive trail riding sits at the lower end; mixed-surface cruising reaches the upper end. Stock packs deliver 25 to 35 miles under the same conditions.

It is 33.5 lbs against the stock pack's 25 lbs, because it holds nearly twice the energy. It is still seven and a half pounds lighter than the closest high-capacity competitor, and the carbon fiber housing keeps the weight low and centered in the frame.

Yes. The pack is sealed against water and dust, so creek crossings, wet trail and pressure washing are not a problem.

We design and build it ourselves in the United States, and it talks to your phone over Bluetooth so you can see pack state, cell balance and health in real time. It monitors every cell group, actively balances the pack, and protects against over-current, over-temperature and over-discharge. Most packs in this category use an off-the-shelf imported BMS with no telemetry at all.
